Excellent hotel with free wi-fi, a cozy bar lounge, and a lovely restaurant. The staff were kind to my old parents during our first stay. I highly recommend it and I'll be back for Christmas!

The cozy room was enjoyable, but the toilet didn’t flush properly.

The Standard Twin Room was cozy and spottlessly clean, but you can tell it’s a bit dated. The hot water system was quirky, but they warned us about it, so no biggie. We had lovely hot showers after figuring it out. Not the most modern room, but it added to the charm, especially given the building's history.

The Ilchester Arms offered stunning views and a charming atmosphere. While the room felt a bit dated, the cleanliness was exceptional. Breakfast was generous and delicious. a lovely stay despite minor issues with decor.

This place suits me perfectly. I enjoy the free wi-fi, bar/lounge, and pet-friendly atmosphere. The staff helped me find a car service on my first stay, which I really appreciated. I'm definitely coming back for another trip!...

The location offered easy access to beautiful gardens, making it a lovely retreat. The breakfast in the garden was delightful, with a veggie option that exceeded my expectations.
